Aileen Wong Sudarwo
Director
Aileen Wong Sudarwo is a Director in PT. Seafer Lumina Capital involved in the Finance & Accounting team. She is affiliated with Harry Wong Sudarwo, the President Director and the main shareholder of the Company.
Aileen has extensive finance and investment experiences from her current position and previous investment banking experience in Macquarie Capital. Aileen obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Babson College.

Mr. Bryan W. Sudarwo, an Indonesian Citizen, was first appointed as a Director of Seafer Lumina Capital based on the resolution of AGM in 2018, with the latest reappointment in 2019. He heads ……
Previously he managed the group’s trading business, develop and managed other subsidiaries in Ready to Eat Meal Factory and Aqua Feed Factory with other outside experiences in the field of Nickel Mining and Smelter, and EPCF Company.

from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, NY, USA in the year 2000.
He is related to Mr. Harry Wong Sudarwo, Mrs. Aileen Wong Sudarwo who are Directors of the Company; William Wong Sudarwo who is Commissionaire of the Company and is affiliated to the Company’s substantial shareholder.

Edwin Soeryadjaya, an Indonesian Citizen, was appointed as the Company’s President Commissioner by the Extraordinary GMS on 22 January 1997 until currently, and also serves as the Supervisor of the investment Committee of the Company and the member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company. He is also one of the main shareholders of the Company and is affiliated with Michael W.P. Soeryadjaya, the President Director of the Company and Joyce Soeryadjaya Kerr, the Commissioner of the Company.
He currently serves as the President Commissioner of PT Adaro Energy Tbk. (coal & energy), PT Tower Bersama Infrastructure Tbk. (telecommunication towers), PT Mitra Pinasthika Mustika Tbk. (consumer automotive) and PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk. (gold and copper mining). He is also the Chairman (Non-Executive) in Interra Resources Limited (oil and gas). A long-time proponent of education, he remains active in the community through his roles as co-founder of the William Lily Foundation and the member of the Board of Trustees of Ora Et Labora Foundation.
